Shipment processing time

Our products generally ship within 3-5 business days. However, if products are in high demand it can take up to 2-3 weeks before the product is received (however this is rare). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and fulfilled. But please keep in mind, due to free shipping or matters beyond our control, occasionally tracking is not available.
